Introduction

Who you’re working with

I’ve spent my life in Montgomery County. I graduated from Conroe High School, earned a BBA from Sam Houston State University, and built my career here — on the same roads, courthouse squares, and lake coves where I grew up.

I’ve held a Texas real estate sales agent license since May 29, 2007 — TREC #573024, active, with no disciplinary actions on record with TREC. Today I’m with CB&A, REALTORS.

My work covers homes, land and acreage, and rentals across seven Texas counties — Montgomery · San Jacinto · Liberty · Walker · Polk · Madison · North Harris. Every client gets the same things: straight answers, sourced numbers, and the whole process in English or Spanish, whichever your household prefers.

Local roots

From here, not just working here

“Local” gets claimed a lot in real estate. Here is what it means in my case:

Lifelong Montgomery County resident

Raised here and living here now — this is not a market I adopted.

Conroe High School graduate

In Conroe, the county seat — where much of my work still happens today.

BBA, Sam Houston State University

A business degree earned one county north, in Huntsville.

Career

Licensed in 2007, still at it

Real estate in Texas is a licensed profession, and the public record is the honest way to read a career. Mine, in dates:

  1. May 29, 2007

Licensed as a Texas real estate sales agent

Texas Real Estate Commission license #573024 — active today, with no disciplinary actions on record with TREC.

  2. June 6, 2025

    Sponsored by CB&A, REALTORS

I moved my license under CB&A, REALTORS (TREC broker #9001502), where I lead the TREC-registered team Lifestyle Solutions Realty Group.

Areas of expertise

What I can help you with

Buying a home

Search, showings, offers, inspections, negotiation, closing — explained in plain language at every step, with no pressure on your timeline.

Selling a home

Pricing built on a comparative market analysis I prepare myself from current data, honest preparation advice, professional presentation, and negotiation through closing day.

Land and acreage

My recent HAR activity includes lot and acreage transactions. Land has its own checklist — surveys, utilities, access, restrictions, floodplain — and we walk through it together.

Rentals

Finding, touring, applying, and leasing — my recent HAR activity includes closed rentals across the area, on both sides of the lease.

Working together

What you can expect from me

Plain language

Contracts, deadlines, and jargon explained until they actually make sense — in English or Spanish.

Your timeline

My job is to inform your decision, not to rush it. You will not hear manufactured urgency from me.

Sourced numbers

Any market figure I give you comes with its source and date attached — on this site and in person.

Disclosures up front

Required Texas notices and forms are presented at the start of our work, not at the last minute.

Language

The whole process, in English or Spanish

Buying or selling is stressful enough in your first language. I work in English and Spanish through the entire transaction — search, contracts, negotiation, and closing, not just small talk. My At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) training is focused on serving clients of every background well. Se habla español.

Let’s talk about your plans

A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing — call, text, send a message, or pick a time.
